This year the Marstudio team traveled to Grapevine, Texas (near Dallas) to participate in ENGAGE 2014, Greenway’s annual health technology conference, for the second year in a row! This year the conference was held on the grandiose grounds of the Gaylord Texan Convention Center. Our team loves opportunities like this because it is what we do best: marketing. And our booth setup, collateral, and other materials innately showcase our skill and expertise.
It took several months of planning to make this tradeshow as successful as it was. In order to prepare for Greenway ENGAGE 2014 we did an overhaul of our own marketing and promotional materials. Our team worked tirelessly to update all our print collateral, including rack cards, flyers, business cards, and postcards. We also designed a limited run of promotional items specific for ENGAGE, like thumb drives, pens, mousepads, and stress relievers. Lastly, we planned a special raffle for the tradeshow. All of these materials were created and designed to attract visitors to our booth and showcase our capabilities as a strategy, marketing, and design firm.
Greenway ENGAGE 2014 was an excellent opportunity for Marstudio to build connections within the medical industry, and educate the various companies and practices on the importance of marketing. And of course, it was yet another example of how the Marstudio team practices what we preach.
